Fire Door Inspections
Pricing depends on the number of doors and the building layout, including multiple units, access, and door locations.
As a guide:
1–5 doors: £135 total
6–9 doors: £27 per door
10–19 doors: £23 per door
20+ doors: £19 per door
Includes a clear, structured report with pass / fail outcomes and practical recommendations.
Flat Entrance Fire Door Inspections
Simple, fixed pricing per door, with a one-off visit fee that can be shared if multiple flats are inspected.
Pricing:
£70 per door
£65 attendance (shared where multiple flats are inspected)
Includes a detailed inspection and clear report outlining compliance and any required remedial works.
Fire Door Maintenance
Practical repairs to get your fire doors back to standard.
Pricing:
Initial visit: £135
Further work: £70 per hour
Parts charged as required
Work is focused on bringing the door back to compliance.
A clear post-works report is provided following completion, confirming the works carried out and updated condition of the door. This can be used as evidence for compliance records where required.

Bespoke Joinery
All joinery work is priced based on the specific project, materials, and level of detail required.
For smaller items, guide pricing can be provided where appropriate.
